Abstract


Aiming at the problems of the complexity for the deign of CFB furnace chamber and the difficulty of texting the separator, the design method which has the advantages of visual parameters, simple calculation and a new evaluation index will be proposed after studying in this paper. The research had scientific significance and practical value for the development of CFB.The Theory which used the effective volume to replace residence time was put forward. The effective volume is the CFB furnace chamber which has the temperature conditions making the coal completely burn. By using orthogonal analysis method, determined the volatile as the main parameter to effect combustion efficiency in coal characteristics. Based on using the effective volume and the volatile as the key factors while the other conditions were unchanged, taking combustion efficiency as a goal, a new design technique which used the coal-fired volatile to determine the furnace finite volume was summarized. Inventing the characteristic graph for equal combustion efficiency curve which using the volatile as it’s abscissa and the effective volume per ton steam as it’s ordinate. This paper analyzed the samples of CFB, the characteristic graph was plotted, the regression formula which fitted the internal relationship between combustion efficiency and effective volume, volatile was obtained.It is the common problem for how to evaluate the separator. In that condition, a new evaluation standard was proposed, that is using the proportion of the screened down ash in the total amount ash in the screen test on fly ash of the dust remover’s outlet by using 200 mesh sieves to evaluate the effect of the separator. This method is simple, clear, strong operability.The newly design technique and the newly standaed were uesd to design and modify the CFB. The results were further verified the effectiveness of using the statistics method to analyse combustion efficiency and the evaluation standard.
