Abstract


The recognition of two-dimensional QR Code is a hot topic in image processing researchfield. With the continuous development of the Internet of Things, QR Code, which has beengradually applied in various industry fields, has many advantages such as bulk informationcapacity, quick decoding ability, safe and reliable encoding method. With the spread ofapplication, two-dimensional barcode recognition equipment trends to be more intelligent,micromation and networking. Therefore the research on QR Code recognition based onembedded image acquisition and processing system has very important and profoundsignificance.This paper firstly focuses on the deep research and comparison of domestic and foreignQR Code recognition technology, including QR Code structure and encoding theory, also theresearch on digital image processing algorithm in the application of QR Code. Combined withthe picture structure of QR Code, this paper uses image binarization, image tilt correction,image orientation, image geometry correction, filtering to get recognition by digital imageprocessing algorithm. In different conditions, it analyzes and compares the effect, therobustness and the execution rate of every algorithm. It proposes a way to preprocess the QRCode based on improved adaptive brightness algorithm. The results show that the algorithm isbetter than normal way.In the general case, due to the influence of the image acquisition, the image backgroundis complex, contamination or deformation, the later recognition may be unuseful. For solvingsuch problems of QR Code recognition, this paper proposes three artificial intelligentalgorithms for establishing recognition model, which are Genetic Algorithm, Team ProgressAlgorithm and Improved BP Neural Network Algorithm. Under the application of Matlab andVisual C++mix-programming technique, the QR Code recognition system based on artificialintelligent algorithm is developed, which can quickly and accurately recognize QR Codeunder the condition of complicated background. To overcome the shortcomings of thetraditional BP Neural Network Algorithm, it is developed by appending momentum factorsand adaptive study rate. In addition, the Team Progress Algorithm is used to identify the bestmatching location, and finally finds out areas where the QR code is. It proves the feasibility ofthree artificial intelligent algorithms in the QR Code recognition by the repeated tests, andanalyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the various algorithms. The artificial intelligentalgorithms play an important role in promoting the recognition of QR Code in complex background.Finally, the QR Code Electronic Ticketing system based on digital image processingalgorithm is designed and implemented on Visual Studio2008. Through testing the QR CodeElectronic Ticketing system, it can accurately encode and decode the information, andachieves the desired results.
