Abstract
|
Radio frequency identification (RFID), as a kind of novel non-contact automatic identificationtechnology, has many advantages including long reading distance, fast transmission rate and multitudinousreading, which has been widely applied in logistics supply chain, intelligent traffic, production automation, retail and some other fields. However, in complex internet of things environment, collision problem isavailable in RFID system because of dense tags, multiple reader, various external noise, influence toreading rate and RFID equipment failure due to medium (such as metal) attached by electronic tag, whichaffect the RFID system in deeper applications. At first we presented a comprehensive review of the main framework of internet of things and itsrelationship with RFID, subsequently, recent developments of tag anti-collision algorithms weresummarized. On that basis, we introduce the concept of intelligent logistics in intelligent logistics andanalyze the present construction situation and difficulties, then put forward the initial idea about thefuture standardization construction of intelligent logistics and smart city.Based on network modeling, communication modeling and simulation about RFID system, it isconcluded that the bit error rate of RFID signal gradually decreases with the increase of SNR inAWGN channel and is not sensitive to SNR in Rayleigh channel.A systemic study was focused on modeling and analysis of channel transmission for type B tag signalsin the multiple Rayleigh fading channels. Furthermore, the OFDM system was added to the RFID tagsignals to improve the sensitivity of SNR in the Rayleigh fading channel. The research results showed thatSNR of tag signal was not sensitive in the multipath Rayleigh fading channel. However, the sensitivityincreased after OFDM was added to the RFID system and the anti-interference ability was highlyimproved. Finally, we discussed the new developments of RFID system dynamic testing. A novelexperimental platform was introduced for dynamic testing of RFID anti-collision performance. Thefollowing modeling test proved that the hardware and software functions were effective. Based on theresearch work in the paper, the important research direction and more effective testing ideas weregiven for further improving performance of RFID system as well as dynamic anti-collision.
