Abstract


Currently, more and more people carry on the job through the network. Onlineworking has many new changes to people’s way of work and life. This paper takes thenetworker as the research object, obtains networker’s space distribution data throughthe witkey web site, analyses their distribution from the nationwide city-wide andcommunity angle. On the basis of material of Beijing city’s function, usingcollaborative model quantitatively research the synergy degree between the number ofnetworker and the function of the city. The study founds that:(1) The distribution ofnetworkers is still under the influence of traditional geographic factors, Presentingcommercial concentration, traffic concentration, intelligence resources andtechnology cluster, public institutions concentration and so on.(2) At present, the twosystem: Beijing networkers’ distribution form and the function of the city realize thecoordinated development. Communities that builted earlier and with high developedfacilities have higher synergy degree, conversely lower.This thesis is composed of five parts:The first part is the introduction. Firstly, it introduces the research background ofthe article. Secondly, it reviews and analyzes related literatures of domestic andforeign including three aspects, such as: networkers related research, the function ofthe city space structure and synergistic effect. Then introduces the research contentsincluding the basic concept and characteristics of networker. Finally put forward thestudy significance and framework of the thesis.The second part is basic theory and research method. Including gather theory and"core-edge" theory which are used to study the distribution of the networker,coordination theory that is used to study coordination degree between networker’sdistribution and the urban function. In this way, we can lay a foundation for depthstudy about networkers’ space distribution and synergy.The third part is one of the core of the thesis. Empirical research of thecharacteristics of city networkers’ distribution Beijing as an example. Draw theconclusion of technological concentration nationwide. In city-wide scale, electronic communication technology makes centrifugal trend of workers’ live distributionincrease, not tend to diversify, but gathering around the central area, appearing urbanhollowing center. In community scale, networkers’ distribution in Beijing communityreveal commercial concentration, traffic concentration, intelligence resources andtechnology cluster, public institutions concentration.The fourth part is the other core of the thesis. Research of synergy degreebetween networker’ distribution and urban function. Through the calculation ofcoordination, analyse the coordination degree of the two system and get theconclusion that the two systems in every community have realized coordinateddevelopment,but has different coordinative Degree. By comparing the characteristicof community with lower coordination degree, verify that the favorable workingenvironment for the development of the networker is very important.The fifth part is the conclusion and discussion, which summarizes the researchresults and deficiencies of this thesis.
