Nowadays, Li-ion battery is widely used, but often in packs. The coherence ofevery battery can influent the packed-battery’s quality,which requires to bemeasured and classified before sales. In the past, a series of work is done byhandwork for small scale measure-classification system, which is always of lowefficiency, and miss many measure with low precision. Hence, this way is not suitablefor the measure and classification of large quantities of Li-ion battery. What’s more itwill also affect Li-ion battery’s normal sale and safe usage. So we develop the Li-ionbattery’s automatic measure and classification system.This paper mainly focuses ondesign and implementation of the Li-ion battery’s measure and classification system,and introduces the system structure, working principle and performance in detail,particularly highlight the design of hardware, software and the idea ofanti-interference. In addition,this paper solved the unilateral problem of filter batteryby putting forward one battery classification method based on Date-Fusions theory ofBayes Estimation. This system can contribute to save considerable time andman-power, improve the productivity, as well as greatly decrease the labour intensityof workers.This paper consists of two parts, including the design of measure system and theresearch of classification method. In the first part, two main points arediscussed.Firstly, the measure and development principles are brieflyintroduced.Secondly, this paper demonstrates the design of the various parts of thesystem, especially of the internal resistance measure equipment according to thepractical condition and design demand.In the second part, the main work is presentedas follow.Firstly, the fundamental conception and method of Date-Fusion areintroduced.Secondly, a fusion of result is induced by the Bayes method according tothe practical condition.Thirdly, we apply the fusion of result to the battery’sclassification
