Currently, many Health Care Providers or Health Services Project has its own electronic information management system.Most of these systems are data islands, which is a waste of both software and hardware, as well as a waste of Human resources. In order to improve this problem and set up a sophisticated Citizen Health Record, the reform has been launched. Maternal And Children Health information is selected as pilot project due to its unique characteristics.A Maternal And Children Health information platform of applying Radio Frequency Card Reader had builded. In the platform have a data acquisition system, that it can be ensuring the data sended by high static and high efficiency as high level of trust.The data acquisition system combines with two features from B/S model and C/S model.Client is a Internet of Things reader. Data middleware software draws lessons from process management of Solaris. In the database, use paratition, cache and parallel. So, The data acquisition system can ensure the data sended by high static and high efficiency as high level of trust. At last, I choose UDP networking protocol and write some program making up for the defects of UDP. At the same time, the program can assist the sigles of Internet of Things reader to pass through the three layer switching network.By adjusting the solution details and the software and hardware design of collecting system, the experiment achievs the realistic target that the Management Department can get the real time supervising upload-data.
