The heart sound is indispensable and important physiological index in cardiovascular disease diagnosis. At present, the information of cardiovascular disease can be obtained by through heart sound detection and analysis, and this is very important method which has clinical significance in cardiovascular disease diagnosis. Therefore, the studies with heart sound detection and analysis, which have academic significance and value in use.This thesis, based on summary of wireless technology used in medical terms, research the wireless PCG monitor system based on nRF24L01.The main studies are as follows:First, we will introduce the hardware design of the wireless PCG monitor system based on nRF24L01, which consist of the PCG sensor select, amplifier and filter circuit design, microcontroller unit, wireless communication unit and computer processing system. In this thesis, we used the HKY-06B PCG sensor, STC12C5A60S2MCU, nRF24L01wireless communication chip, self-control circuit and a computer, realized the hardware design.Second, also we will introduce the software design of this system, which consist of MCU working program and PC processing program. The MCU working program, which designed the ADC, wireless communication and serial port communication with Keil51C language, the PC processing program, which designed the serial port communication and user application display with Visual C++language.The tests show:the wireless PCG monitor system based on nRF24L01can be achieved real-time heart sound dynamically in70meters radius. Thus, we can get the confirmation of reliability of this system.
