Abstract


The media industrial cluster started in the1990s,based on the accumulation of more than ten years,its competitiveness has been improved significantly. As an organizational form, industrial clusters represent the main development direction of china’s media industry.However,compared to the developed countries,China’s media industry is still in the primary stage,not only in the size and level,but also the management and efficiency.In recent years,the media cluster,which is a form of media industry development is getting increasing concerns from the researchers and leaders in the field. The thesis is trying to establish a kind of index assessment system/which is guided and more suitable for the media industry in China,and through the application of the evaluation index system, in order to provide the reference and strategy to promote the level of the media industrial clusters.This study route is that:at first,combining the theory of self-organization and the characteristic of media industry,1analysed the the complexity and specificity of the media industrial cluster evaluation,so that I got clear goals and principles of evaluation activities,and then regarding of the theory about industrial chains and industry cluster,I believe that an important performance of the high-end media cluster is that within the clusters, the media industry chain is back to back, positively interact, interlocking, constantly value-added, so as to realize for effective integration of media resources and benign circulation. Under the guidance of the discussion,based on porter’s "diamond model", and model evaluation system of urban cultural industry development, Renmin university of China,we designed the evaluation index system of the media industrial cluster, and determined the index weight.At last, based on the Beijing CBD International media industry.I carried out empirical research, and through the collection of relevant data,1put forward related strategies.The main results of this article include:(1) This article has conducted systematical research to domestic and foreign research results on the industrial chain, cultural and creative industries clusters and its evaluation methods;(2) Based on the theory of self-organization and the characteristics of media industry, explained the complexity to build a media industry cluster evaluation index system, defined the objectives and principles of the index system;(3) Learned from the perspective of industry chain theory, discusses the optimization and significance of industrial chain to improve the integration of the media industry cluster,and learning from Porter’s "diamond" model, establish a kind of index assessment system;(4) Based on the analysis of the Beijing CBD International media industry cluster using the index assessment system, provided some reliable strategies for China’s media industry clusters growing.
