Abstract


With the development of modern technology, the dissemination of Internet information cost is greatly reduced, and there is a huge advantage in the speed of its spread and the audience compare with traditional media, under the trend both in development of modern communication platform and the diversification of the information transmission, it enhances the awareness of selecting news by audience, news reporters in this process is no longer the "uncrowned king" now,the growing balance between the audience and the disseminators of information is on an equal position which is more active to participate in the dissemination of information links on communicators supervision and strengthen the interaction between the elements of the vector-borne, but also unlimited challenges for journalists and higher requirements.High pressure and fierce competition in the media, making the profession become a "high-risk industries in many occupations, there are two parts, first, the news reporter can not break through their own adverse environmental impacts and limitations produced negative working conditions, lack of professional identity adversely affect the stability of media communication environment, staff mobility, professional journalists develop difficulty enhancement, a direct result of the decline in the competitiveness of news programs, audience with the good and the bad quality of programs widely criticized deficiencies and bottlenecks; On the other hand, the news reporters must participate actively the integration of media environment to enhance the self-vocational ability to process, which in turn virtually increase occupational stress, resulting in loss of the basic life turn life around work to enhance the quality of the space, which in turn hit the news reporters practitioners enthusiasm, occupational burnout, can not be stable and long-term to maintain a good work ethic, the breeding of a bad mood at the same time because the industry anomie of potential problems.How to address the plight of media convergence, and to study the solution to the dilemma is the topic of this paper, research.
