Abstract


It is the rapid development of internet and mobilecommunication technology that swept the territory which belongedto mass media and this trend has been more and more intense.Traditional media which represented by newspaper is facing pressand challenges from mew media. In new technology conditions, wayof people obtaining information is quietly changing. Based on thisbackground, both the media industry and academic have launchedseries of discussion. In this context, the concept of mediaconvergence and All-media came into being.It does not have a fixed idea of All-media. As a leader in thedomestic media industry, Southern Newspaper Media Group set upNandu all-media group.This research will take media clusterexploration and practice of Nandu All-media Group for example,from the view of the newspaper managing, trying to analyze newideas and initiatives to all media innovation.
