Bilingual programme has been being explored since P.R. China was founded, it could passuseful information fast by its predominance of language. And it shows a good trend based onthe information-requirements and information-choices of the audiences. In the future, bilingualprogrammes will have an unpredictable future on live show, intercultural communication,communication between mandarin and dialects. At the same time, bilingual-host is the keypoint of a success bilingual programme. To educate and use such bilinguals matters the most ofthe future of bilingual programmes. However, at present, we do not have an education-systemabout this which is also the new trend of presenting art education. According to the research ofthe bilingual program’s development, in literature analysis, comparative study method and casestudy method, combined with the media and the training in university, focuses on the mode ofbilingual presenters training. The universities which have the basic requirements of developingbilingual-presenting-art could set up relevant foundation and professional courses, in order tobuild the students’ abilities of second language, controlling bilingual programme including localarea and mandarin. By educating step by step in the system, the students could finally becomehosts who are capable to host bilingual programmes to fill the blank of the number of bilingualhosts.
