Abstract


Promoting the construction of public service platform for publishing and providing better publishing public products and public service for people is one of the important tasks for all levels of government and publishing industry at p(?)and in the future, and is an important way of maintaining, achieving and developing peop(?)basic cultural benefits.Since the16th CPC National Congress, the Communist Party and the government of China have been paying more and more attention to the construction of public service platform for publishing, carrying out the construction of public service platform for publishing which are on the base of key projects and activities, for example, farmers’ bookstores project, citizens’reading project, important publishing projects, national minority publishing projects and cultural and environmental protection projects, and have achieved good results, but there are still some problems remained to be solved.Guided by series of spirit proposed on the16th CPC National Congress concerning strengthening public cultural construction and promoting public cultural service capacity, constructing the system of public service for press and publishing during the period of12th "Five-year Plan" as the policy basis, new public service theory as the angle of view, by ways of literature reading, social investigation and comparison research method, this paper is focusing on an overall summarizing and analyzing of the current situation about the construction of public service for publishing in Fujian Province and China. Following the logic thinking of putting forward questions---analyzing problems---solving problems. Putting forward the following five countermeasures to promote the construction of public service platform for publishing:firstly, establishing and improving the construction of public service platform for publishing, secondly, accelerating the basic internet construction of public service for publishing, thirdly, innovating the operation of public service for publishing, fourthly, optimizing the construction of public service platform for publishing and operation environment, and fifthly, strengthening team construction of public service for publishing.
