With the rapid development of China’s economy, the environmental pollution remains aserious problem. It should be noted that the problem of pollution does not only exist inprimary and secondary industry, the service sector carbon emissions is also an importantreason for environmental pollution. With a low-carbon environmental protection conceptdeeply rooted, low carbon travel, low carbon logistics, catering and other l,low-carbonservices are to be a trend of rapid development of new services development, and it hasgradually become a hot research attention andIn this context, how in the development oflow-carbon service economy? What the relationship between economic growth and its servicesector carbon emissions,is a question worth exploring.Firstly, the paper summarizes the relevant research literature in domestic and abroad, toidentify research direction; then define low-carbon services, and analyze the reasons for thedevelopment of low-carbon services sector.According to the environmental Kuznets curvetheory, proposed environmental Kuznets curve services (S-EKC theory); then use the methodprovided by "IPCC Guidelines for National Greenhouse Gas Inventories" estimates theservice carbon emissions of30provinces. and analyse the movements of service carbonemissions in2000-2011in the country and changes in each of the three regions of the servicescarbon emissions and per capital income of services.Use descriptive statistics to visuallyexpress the rule changes between the two. Then use eviews6.0validated the relationshipbetween services carbon emissions at the national level with its economic growth on the baseof2000-2011panl data.its results are analyzed.verified the existence of services environmentKuznets curve in eastern, central and western.Furthermore, the time path of inflection pointof per capita carbon emissions were analyzed and calculate the real per capita income levelsand the time required to reach the inflection point.Next, use the gray correlation analysismethod to analyze the dependence of carbon emissions in sub-sectors of service industry, andanalyze the dependence of carbon emissions in services among different regions; in the endfrom the reality of our country, given the appropriate policy of developing low-carboneconomy in services. From the national perspective, carbon emission of the service showed a slow upwardtrend, and from the perspective of the subregion, the service carbon emissions of eastern, central and western regions are a growing trend. And it showed obvious three clubs features.Ithas a great relationship with the level of service development of the three regions. The results show that both the eastern and central regions service environmental Kuznetscurve exists, there is an inverted U-shaped relationship between services carbon emissionsand per capital income. in theory, the inflection point were27396.25and15347.82.inwestern,there is a linear relationship between services with its carbon emissions and percapita income.per capita carbon emissions grows with the growth of per capita GDP, there isa inverted U curve. We find from the national perspective, it has reached an inflection point inreal income andd it can achieve a win-win economic growth and carbon emissions.Thenanalyzed on a regional level,we found that Although per capita income reached an inflectionpoint, but compared with developed countries, there is still a gap with the develop in eastern.in the Mid and west, they has not yet reached an inflection point in per capita income.Thusgovernments at all levels need to make measures according to characteristics of differentregional economic development
