Abstract


With the accelerated pace of economic globalization, the role of logistics in thenational economy has played more and more important in recent years, China’s logisticsmarket gradually standardized, open, a lot of logistics enterprises are facing a newhistorical period of development, how companiesseize the market, select and developappropriate development strategy to achieve sustainable development has become animportant issue facing many companies. It is based on this paper, in-depth study theChengde far as logistics development strategy of the Company.Firstly, on the development of strategic research background and significance ofChengde Yuancheng Logistics Co., Ltd. a brief analysis of the strategic theory, logisticstheory and SWOT theory, research status overview topic, Chengde far into the logisticscompany, takes Syria this article the main work and thesis framework.Secondly, the integrated use of PEST analysis, Porter’s five forces model, EFEMmethod, from the macro-policy environment, industry and competitive environment, theexternal environment of Chengde Yuancheng the logistics company analysis. Use of PESTanalysis, analysis of the macro-environment of the company in which the policy of legal,economic, social, cultural, technical, and to further explore the competitive environmentof the industry, and the use of an external factor evaluation matrix method, acomprehensive evaluation of the company’s external environmental factors.Thirdly, for the company’s internal environmental issues, from marketing and R&D,operational management, financial capacity and financial, organizational skills and thedevelopment of analysis four aspects of of Chengde Yuancheng the logistics companyinternal environmental analysis. Selection principles and the evaluation index system andfuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to carry out a comprehensive evaluation of thecompany’s internal environment, Evaluation, and further application of AHP method todetermine the factors centralization and quantitative calculation of the internalenvironment of the evaluation results. The results of the evaluation, the Chengde far intothe logistics company’s the internal overall strength higher than average.Fourthly, Chengde Yuancheng the logistics company position the development of thecompany’s development strategy is given. On the basis of analysis of the external andinternal environment for strategic matching stage SWOT analysis of alternative strategies,and application QSPM analysis determine of Chengde far into the logistics company’s strategic development objectives, according to the company’s development orientation,objective, clear company within the region, the country, the three phases of internationalbusiness strategy development, to develop specific measures for the implementation of thecompany’s development strategy.Fifthly, develop the positioning and development strategy of the development of thecompany’s development goals, safeguards and control strategies to improve theimplementation of the strategy of Chengde Yuancheng Logistics Company. Combinedwith the actual situation of the company, the focus from the detailed analysis to improvethe organizational structure and personnel system, build the core competitiveness ofenterprises, and to develop new value-added services, and the implementation of astrategic alliance to strengthen the building of enterprise culture, improve aspects of thecontrol strategy control system.Finally, the full texts are summarized, the prospect of future development and thecompany’s development strategy are given. I hope this study can give personnel engagedin related industries and provide reference and help.
