Abstract


With the social development, the logistics industry growing importance tosociety. Industrial and agricultural production and circulation, no need logistics systemsupport. As bearers of social logistics logistics enterprises, but also has a significantrole.In this paper, HZ logistics companies as an example, combined with itsdevelopment of internal and external environment are analyzed, combed restrictingbusiness development, logistics development and current status of internal and externalresources. Through analysis, clearly HZ company to further develop and grow, we mustcontinue to logistics as a new economic growth point to focus on development. Thispaper also PEST analysis based on the development of logistics logistics company HZpolitical and economic environment, industry development, enterprise developmentcarried out to analyze. Through analysis showed that the development of the logisticscompany at this stage HZ both internal strengths, but also a good external environmentfor development-oriented strategies should be used vigorously promote.
