Abstract


Logistics finance is mainly a kind of innovative products based on the corresponding supply chain financial basis, this also is the banking industry and the logistics industry with new products produced. Under the influence of the financial crisis, many Wall Street financial product innovation by the public’s doubts, but this kind of new financial product is based on customer business process, the ability of development, which is mainly the emerging financial innovation business transaction process and business services are combined, which not only business attention to solve the financial supply chain financing problem of SMEs, but also can greatly improve the commercial bank business flexibility, can help the bank to create more customized financial products, which can not only stabilize the banking customers, and to a certain extent, to enhance the competitiveness of the bank.This paper is the measures of risk control in commercial banks as the main body of logistics finance to analysis the specific mode of operation and the operation of the process, this is also the main innovation of this paper, the existing research on logistics enterprises or research on small and medium sized enterprises. Can be divided into the following several parts:first, elaborates this topic research background and significance; second, expounds the concrete connotation of logistics finance, according to the development situation of logistics finance at home and abroad was described; third, the specific mode to analyze the development mode of logistics finance in particular suitable for China’s logistics Finance Development--intermediary model, and detailed analysis of the commercial banks should be how to concrete logistics financial services; fourth according to the analysis of logistics finance may produce credit risk, make concrete elaboration on how to establish the credit risk control indicators appropriate; fifth, prevention and control system construction according to the specific risks of financial logistics mode above part of the possible, put forward relevant suggestions and measures. Because in my country, not much research on logistics financial content, so the lack of specific quantitative analysis data, this paper defines the introduction and Analysis on specific connotation of logistics and finance mode.
