Abstract


With the rapid development of industrial technology, more and more enterprises increaseawareness that the use of scientific management methods for production management aregradually narrowing the space to increase corporate profits by reducing the consumption ofmaterials and reduce manual input. However, enterprises found increasingly that improvinglogistics system can bring considerable revenue. An enterprise’s success largely depends onwhether the design of the production logistics system can meet customer requirements forproduct quality and delivery time, while ensuring a low-cost operation, high efficiency outputand flexible market response capacity. Taking production material system improvement,inventory levels reducing, efficiency of supplies improvement and production capacityincrease for foothold, this article analysis the status of the production logistics system,designe improvement scheme and do an evaluation research for B company.This paper analyzed the problem and bottleneck of production logistics system for Bcompany system by investigation on its logistics system. To be aim at problem of productionsystem, improvement measures have been proposed, including production planningimproving and package Milkrun. Concretely speaking，optimization program of Levelingproduction planning is specifically designed as operability reference for the B company in thisarticle, including process optimization of production planning and leveling specificimplementation. Meanwhile, supplies mode of the milkrun provide an effective solution to theproblem of low capacity materials caused by packaging shortages, which laid the practicalfoundation for milkrun overall promotion in the future along with material localization.
