In this paper we analyzed an example of distribution center to discuss the servicequality problems. In recent years, China’s logistics industry is developing fast,logistics construction and planning become the focus of the development of provinces.And logistics centers are attracting the logistic enterprises to settle in the place. But atthe same time, supermarket logistics have lots of problems to be solved. Supermarketdistribution center must reduce the distribution costs and improve the quality oflogistics. Distribution center is an excellent choice for many large enterprises, such asJingDong Mall and other e-commerce retail companies. And they are constantlybuilding their own logistics and distribution centers to meet their own growing needsand quality requirements.As the domestic logistics and distribution center growing fast, there are manyproblems in distribution management, distribution technology, infrastructure, anddistribution equipment. This article analyze the service quality of the supermarketdistribution center based on customer satisfaction, and use fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method to quantitative indicators. In the last part, we use new qualitymanagement method to solve service quality issues from receiving, sorting, inventory,shipping, transportation.This paper describes the supermarket distribution, logistics, quality indicators,quality management and other related concepts and theories. Followed by the issuesof quality management, we analyzed the reason of these issues. Article then based oncustomer satisfaction construct distribution services quality indicators to research thefeasibility of the service quality. Finally, paper illustrated how to improve servicequality.
