Abstract


With the integration of world economy and the deepening of trade liberalization, the logistics industry got unprecedented development. As an important logistics chain node, the port has a very far-reaching influence to the modern logistics.In addition, The port logistics of China has just started, It has a huge development potential. Therefore, in order to keep the core competitiveness of the port, the world’s major ports are in step up with infrastructure construction. They are trying to provide convenient, quick and efficient logistics services for the customer.The governments pay more and more attention to the long-term development of port logistics. At present, many large port of our country has made considerable progress, and each big port of the world also have their own port logistics development mode.And for further development of the port,every country is searching for the most suitable development strategy.According to the actual situation of the port of chongqing peng, combined with the related theoretical knowledge of the port logistics and the domestic and foreign research status of port logistics, the author analyse the strategic of the port of chongqing peng about its logistics development. In this paper, the author introduces the development characteristics of the domestic and foreign typical port logistics, and put forward the existing problems of the development of port logistics in our country. And then this article introduces the present development situation of the port of chongqing peng. It also forecast the port cargo throughput with the time series regression analysis method and causal analysis method. In chapter4, the paper analyse the environment of peng port with PEST and SWOT method, and then obtain the strategic combination it should choose through the SWOT strategic analysis table.At last, the paper puts forward the logistics development strategy measures and suggestions of the peng port.
