Abstract


An important source of financing as enterprise fund, it is a very important role of enterprise survival and development. Corporate financing tactics is part of the financing strategy, is an important tactics to ensure that the financing of the strategic goals, is taken for financing tactics objectives and specific measures, the mode of financing methods. Financing tactics is referred to herein for future development as a precondition by the internal and external environment, the basic situation analysis, the risk of corporate finance, financing channels, financing long-term, systematic co-ordination of planning to meet the enterprise fund demand, control of costs and corporate financial risk, and ultimately to ensure the sustainable development.The water industry is a natural monopoly industry. Because it related to the people’s basic living and it is service industry, the price of water has been under government control, the water industry is low-price low-profit operation mode. In this case, most of the water company is facing funds constraints will seek government subsidies or financing to solve. Under normal circumstances, the water company to rely on financing solves the funding to fit the company’s development needs, the water company to develop financing tactics in accordance with their own funding gap.With the continuous development of political, economic, social, business, the increase in population, the demand for water is also increasing. Increasing demand of water, the water companies are facing tremendous challenges and opportunities. The rapid growth of water consumption will bring water companies more revenue, but the growth in demand for water is urgent need to expand the scale of production, and update equipment to fit the regional demand of water, and get the balance between supply and demand. In this case, the water companies need to formulate financing tactics, and implementation of financing solutions to fit the targets of production scale expansion, updated equipment required funds. This paper attempts to research Water Company, analysis the water industry characteristics, financing and advantages to find suitable financing tactics for the water industry characteristics. In this paper, Chengdu X District Water Company as an example to analyze the basic situation of the company, financial condition, fund needs analysis, financing motivation analysis. Then propose three different financing tactics and comparative them to select the most suitable financing tactic.The research of corporate financing tactic is a great many, but a little paper focus on the financing tactic of water companies. This paper will analyze the unique advantages of the water companies, to take some of the newer financing tools proposed financing for the water companies. This paper is proposing financing tactics suited to the industry characteristics and have some practical significance.
