Seventeenth Party Congress proposed a "deepeningcoastal, inland open accelerate and enhance open border," the opening of a newstrategy to establish a new pattern of opening up our country. October2007,Commerce Department and the Chongqing Municipal Government signed a jointconstruction of the inland open economy. In2009, the State Council Document No.3,has promoted the development of the inland open economy to the national strategiclevel. Finance as the core of modern economy, the impact of inland open economyvarious elements play an irreplaceable role. Therefore, how to give full play to the roleof finance in the development of inland open economy, strengthen its support forefforts to promote Chongqing inland open highland building is currently in Chongqingand the financial sector must pay attention to major issues to be resolved.In this paper, the relevant literature review and research achievements aresummarized on the basis of analysis of the theory expounded open economy andfinancial development, and inland open economy and financial support weredefinition,further elaborated financial support inland open economy means thatfinancial organization system, the financial market system, financial services andsupporting systems and policies of the financial system in four ways.In support of thetheory on the basis of this paper describes the status of Chongqing inland openeconomy and financial development, through comparative analysis with Beijing,Shanghai, Tianjin, three municipalities, find financial support gaps Chongqing inlandopen economy and analyze the causes,finally, based on this proposed financial supportcountermeasures Chongqing inland open economy: First, a sound financialorganization system; secondly, to build a multi-level financial market system; Third,the optimization of financial services and supporting systems; Fourth improve thepolicy of the financial system.
