Abstract


In today’s world, the development of science and technology change rapidly, the innovation of the increasingly prominent role, scientific and technological progress and innovation has become the main mode and main ways to promote regional development, to enhance regional competitiveness. In the background of the rise of central China strategy, speed up scientific and technological innovation, enhance the capability of independent innovation is an important strategy to enhance the competitiveness of the region’s central provinces. Anhui province is an important part of the strategy of the rise of central China, the construction of innovation-oriented Province as an important measure of economic development. Therefore, it is significant to study the regional science and technology innovation mode under different economic development levels selection.The related theoretical basis theory of technological innovation and regional economic development based on the relationship of science and technology, innovation and economic development as the starting point of research, based on the scientific and technological innovation and economic development impact, promote each other mutually, adopts the research methods of literature study and empirical research, science and technology innovation mode on behalf of the provinces in eastern provinces of Jiangsu province and Anhui province to do the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, and the two were horizontal comparison and vertical comparison. Obtained through research, Jiangsu Province Based on a higher level of economic development, should increase the proportion of original innovation, encourage invention patents, increase investment in basic research, and constantly improve the original innovation competitiveness, in order to build a high level of original provinces as the goal; the economic development of Anhui in the high speed development but the level is not high. Stage, the industrial structure is still in the initial stage of industrialization, the proportion of the second industry continues to expand, so the development of the second industry, industrial technology innovation technology introduction, digestion and absorption is suitable or integrated innovation of technology innovation mode and strategy. Through the comparative analysis, analyze the existing problems in Anhui province science and technology innovation, in view of the Anhui province economic development situation, and puts forward some countermeasures for promoting scientific and technological innovation in Anhui:pay attention to improve the innovation ability and level, to strengthen the integrated innovation, product and industry as the center of the field and the emerging field of enhance the advantage of original innovation science and technology innovation ability, improve the supporting policies and the science and technology intermediary service system, improve the utilization rate of scientific and technological achievements and scientific research resources, the rate of implementation of a comprehensive intellectual property and patent strategy.
