With the development of economic of China, especially the rapid development of the coastalareas of Zhejiang, Farmers’ living standard has improved significantly. But the pace of growing isnot balanced, there is a big gap between urban and rural areas, different regions and populations.The residents ’ income gap, particularly the farmers showed a complex and diverse characteristics.The eighteenth National Congress of the CPC indicated that, we should adjust the distribution ofnational income, and take efforts to solve the larger problem of the gap in income distribution, sothat the fruits of development more equitably benefit all people, and the national will advancesteadily towards common prosperity. More scholars who research the status and gaps of income offarmers concentrated in between eastern and western China or different provinces. In recentyears,Some people studied the differences of the income of rural residents in the province.However the study of the difference of farmers’ income in current situation in a city needs to benoticed. Huangyan, Taizhou, located in the central coast of Zhejiang Province. Eastern andwestern farmers’ income gap had been quite obvious. Economic growth in underdeveloped areaswas slower than other area.
