Abstract

Minnan culture is regarded as the continuum which unites the development of social history and civilization of Chinese nation, and also it is an important part of Chinese civilization. Tea industry in Taiwan has its specialty and it takes up a significant position in Taiwan’s agriculture. Tea product in Anxi dates back to one thousand year, which has developed a unique custom and created colorful tea culture in ancient time. However, with the rapid development of the market economy, the sustainable development of tea culture in Anxi has been impeded because nowadays people tend to focus on economic efficiency and neglect the study of traditional arts and culture. Under the background of agriculture in Quanzhou and Taiwan, this thesis aims at investigating the present situation of tea culture in Anxi and analyzing its cultural superiority. And try to dig into and extract the spiritual core, thus we can enrich the connotation of the tea culture spirit and forge our own brand of tea culture. As a result, the final goal of providing intellectual support to scientific and leaping development of Anxi will come true.This thesis is divided into three parts. In the first part, it contains the definition of some relevant concepts. In the second part, we mainly analyze the present situation and current problems of tea culture in Anxi. At present, tea culture in Anxi has just set up, which means it has great potential to develop. If we can maximize the creative ideas of tea culture and change tea industry economy into a industry chain, then we can easily improve the added value of the tea and expand tea industry. In the third part, we introduce the development of creative agriculture in Quanzhou and Taiwan, what’s more, we summarize the experience and mutual reference in their agricultural cooperation, which will help Anxi culture and Taiwanese culture fusion again. In the cooperation between Quanzhou and Taiwan, we learn to take in the best of traditional Minnan culture, and we know how to make traditional cultural elements into new culture industry. Therefore, with the development of cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan, it’s feasible and necessary for cooperation between Quanzhou and Taiwan. Moreover, we can provide tea industry a steady stream of new ideas through the progress. In the fourth part, we put forward new thoughts of development tea culture in Anxi under such cooperation background:firstly, tea culture can boost the city and can be integrated into the construction of "five-in-one", thus it will enhance people’s happiness index; secondly, tea culture can be accomplished its function in the background of industrial transformation and the general requirements of building urban and rural integration.Tea culture creative industry is a growth industry for green, low-carbon and sustainable development. The sense of identity in the tea culture will strongly promote the acknowledge about Chinese culture and national identity in Taiwan and mainland, and also it is beneficial to the peaceful development reunification of our country.We should intensify the cooperation and study in tea culture industry in Quanzhou and Taiwan, thus we can establish the system of basic value and value consensus between Taiwan and mainland. On this basis, we should go further deeply, that is to strength cooperation of cross-strait culture and identify of Chinese culture and nations. In the meantime, it has important theoretical and practical role and also strategic implications in promoting the process of the harmonious development of the reunification in China.
