This study selects the China statistical yearbook, Shandong statistical yearbook, the UnitedNations food and agriculture organization (FAO) database, the Shandong province modernagricultural industry technology system specialist subject for material, using the comparativeadvantage analysis and econometrics analysis methods, for the world grain productionsituation, the comparative advantage of grain production in Shandong province, Shandongprovince of grain production and economic development level of relevance and influencefactors of grain production in Shandong and development prospects of system research, drawthe following results:(1) In world food production survey research shows that: the United Nations food andagriculture organization (FAO) of data in the database diagram analysis, the world grainplanting area, output, yield are on the rise. Established in China in world food production,from2000to2009, the country’s grain planting area although slightly higher, but has been thesecond largest in the world, second only to the United States, production have firmly first, butthe proportion fell slightly, yields have been ranks fourth in the world. Is the big province ofgrain production in Shandong province, both per unit area yield of grain planting area, yield,or are among the top in the whole province, elevated levels of agricultural production, scienceand technology and the improvement of the infrastructure such as water conservancy facilitiesmake crop planting area, yield, yield per unit of Shandong province in1998-2011yearsmaintained a steady upward trend, though influenced by social factors such as land planningduring or natural factors such as natural disasters, will fall, but the overall assumes the growth.The analysis shows that: Shandong Province’s food production occupies an important positionin the national grain production. It is mainly due to large-scale food production and strongcomparative advantage. But compared to several other major grain-producing provinces,Shandong Province has lower yield level.(2) On the comparative advantage of grain production in Shandong province andcorrelation study shows that the comparative advantage index and econometric analysismethods, data analysis of2010, food production is mainly concentrated in Heze in Shandongprovince, Dezhou,, Liaocheng, Weifang, Jining, tai ’an, Binzhou the nine cities, both in terms of planting area, yield, and yield is in the front row. Wheat in Shandong province has the mostcomprehensive comparative advantage, followed by maize, rice and soybean comparativeadvantage is not obvious. The economic development of grain production in Shandongprovince and related analysis, wheat and maize impact on the economic development level ofeach are not identical, wheat has little effect on economic growth and corn was positivelyrelated with economic development level.(3) Research the influence factors of grain production in Shandong province showed thatgrain production in Shandong province is mainly affected by resource factors, institutionalfactors, market factors, structural adjustment factors and foreign trade of five factors. Usingeconometric model, extraction of grain yield, seeded area, irrigation area, inundated area,power of agricultural machinery and fertilizer input timing data statistical analysis, resultsshow that the planting area and increased farm machinery power would increase foodproduction, making too much of the affected area and fertilizer will be reduce the grain yieldto a certain extent. Moderately expand the planting scale, improve the level of mechanization,and improve the resistance against natural disasters, it will affect food production.(4) Development foreground research of grain production in Shandong province showedthat Shandong province grain production in the stability of cultivated land area, improve thelevel of yield and disaster ability has certain development potential, and take measures inthese areas to improve in the future, is conducive to agricultural sustainable development inShandong province.
