Abstract


For a long time, are heavily dependent on supply and marketing of agriculturalproducts logistics system in fujian province and the food system. The logistics ofagricultural products, led directly to the fresh agricultural products not listed quickly,has affected the quality of preservation of agricultural products, reduce the addedvalue of agricultural products, and limit the urban consumers’ purchasing power andthe improvement of farmers’ income. So agricultural e-commerce has become abooster promoting the industrialization of modern agriculture, and constraintsbecome a key element of raising farmers’ income. So you must put the developmentof modern agricultural e-commerce priority, otherwise, it is a good agriculturalproducts cannot be faster to the hands of consumers, this also is the key point of thisthesis research.Based on the analysis of the current situation of fresh agricultural products at homeand abroad, aiming at the characteristics of fresh of fresh farm products at home andabroad, analyzes the present situation and problems of the fresh agricultural productsin fujian, according to the thought of fresh agricultural products in fujian province ofthe importance of a strong electronic commerce. On this basis, analyzed the houseconstruction of fresh agricultural products e-commerce platform implementationpossibility, in deep of fresh agricultural products production and processing of fujianand advantageous to the market conditions, coupled with the development ofe-commerce platform of fujian province have good policy, the development ofnetwork technology has also provided the possibility for fresh agricultural productse-commerce development.Then, this paper designs the overall scheme of e-commerce platform of fujianprovince, from requirements analysis, design principles, system architecture andoperation maintenance four aspects. On the basis of the design scheme, and expounds the concrete process of platform construction, the construction ofinfrastructure, platform construction plan and implementation of the platform trialoperation and profit of careful planning. Believe for fresh agricultural products infujian province the development of e-commerce platform to provide a relatively cleartrain of thought.
