Abstract


Anhui is a big agricultural province, since the reform and opening-up policy, Anhuiagriculture has developed rapidly, sustained and stable growth of grain production, theagricultural structure has been adjusted, the farmers producing and living has improvedsignificantly. But the development high strength of the agricultural resources and highdensity of the rural population bring out agriculture and rural ecological environmentproblems of the Anhui province，and this situation has become increasingly prominent,restricted the agricultural stability and sustainable development. Therefore, thedevelopment of circular agriculture provided a guarantee agricultural economicdevelopment for Anhui，which is the birthplace of China’s rural reform, is also anexploration of the development of circular agriculture provinces.In this paper, based on the transfer of industry and agriculture circular economy theory,analysis of the relationship between industrial transfer and agricultural circular economy,pointed out the existence of agricultural circular economy in Anhui industry to undertakethe transfer process problems. Using SWOT analysis method, find out the development ofagricultural circular economy in Anhui province’s strengths and weaknesses, theopportunities and challenges. In order to realize the agriculture of Anhui province circulareconomy and sustainable development, in the industry to undertake the transfer process tothe development of agricultural circular economy in an important position, to update thelocal government development concept, to establish supervision and managementmechanism, the development of ecological circular economy technology support system,improve the development of related service system, innovation of ecological circulareconomy market pricing mechanism and to speed up the enterprise and social publicopinion and transformation measures, and achieving common progress of economy andenvironment.
