Abstract


In the context of the central plains economic zone，the development of the rural economyhas an important role in actuating the overall development of industrialization、urbanizationand the modernization of agriculture in Henan、increasing farmers income levels、promotingthe upgrading of the structure of the three major industries and elevating the economicstrength in Henan and the rapid of the economic development of the rural areas of Henanrelies on the efficient and sound of capital market supporting. But capital market in support ofthe Henan rural economic development still exists many unfavorable factors. So capitalmarket, how to effectively support the economic development of the rural areas of Henan,becomes an important research topic.In this article, rural economic development and capital markets related concepts aredefined. In the comprehensive utilization of the theoretical on the development of regionaleconomic、 the capital markets function and the theory of the capital markets and regionaleconomic development，this article uses many research methods including literature analysis、comparative analysis、the theoretical and empirical analysis，whose technical line is alongwith introduction、theoretical basis、the status analysis、utility Analysis and suggestions.This study has a laid of theoretical foundation and realistic demand through acomprehensive discussion of the the first chapter Introduction and the second chapterTheoretical basis. Through analyzing the present situation of the third chapter, the capitalmarket to support the development of rural economy in Henan, the capital market to supportHenan rural economic development still exists the lag of using the capital market philosophy、low proportion of agriculture-related enterprises listing and financing small-scale and so on.Then this paper explains that capital market can provide development funds for ruralenterprises, agricultural and rural infrastructure and promote farmers’ income and othersupport rural economic development in Henan through the discussion on the fourth chapter ofthe utility analysis of capital market in the development of rural economy in Henan.Finally,the five chapter is suggestions to improve the capital market to support the development ofrural economy in Henan. For capital markets in support of the existing problems in thedevelopment of the rural economy, it puts forward recommendations to improve the capitalmarket to support the economic development of rural areas of Henan. It includes the path ofusing capital market to promote the development of rural economy in Henan、establishing the central plains economic zone agriculture enterprise property right exchange、establishing therural land use right market pilot、evolving the venture capital funds and so on.
