Abstract


Corporate social responsibility theory derived from in the last century, the western developedcountries, then the national industry is very developed, but also produced a lot of social problems,all kinds of sports As one falls, so enterprises should fulfill their social responsibilities, how tofulfill the social responsibility, more and more attention of enterprises and the social from all walksof life.The coal industry with high risk, serious waste of resources, the ecological environment is easyto be damaged, so the request in the coal business enterprise should undertake social responsibilityand to evaluate the performance, the production and business activities of enterprises to the public,let the public understand their rights and interests are protected, ensure the sustainable developmentof enterprises.In the paper, starting from the connotation of corporate social responsibility theory at homeand abroad for reference, the paper introduces the general social responsibility and the particularityof coal enterprise social responsibility, in order to clear the coal enterprise shall bear the socialresponsibility in what aspects. According to the coal enterprise bear the social responsibility of theobject to establish the evaluation index system of coal enterprise social responsibility, at the sametime, this paper introduces the relatively common in the international social responsibilityevaluation system, through the comparison, choose the suitable corporate social responsibilityevaluation system and applied to the evaluation of coal enterprises in our province in theimplementation of social responsibility. Through empirical research and analysis, evaluation of thefive large coal enterprises in our province social responsibility fulfillment situation, pointed out thecoal enterprise social responsibility fulfillment situation at present stage in our province and thedefect evaluation, and puts forward the Suggestions and measures for improvement. Hope thatthrough the research can guide role for the development of coal enterprises in our provinceeconomic transformation period.The innovation points of the paper lies in the following two aspects:Firstly, in this paper, the coal enterprises in our province as the research object, through theresearch on Social Responsibility Evaluation of coal enterprises in our province, coal enterprisesociety responsibility appraisal and the high risk, high energy consumption, high pollution hascertain reference function.Secondly, the province has to disclose social responsibility report of5listed coal enterprises tocarry on quantitative analysis, current situation of Social Responsibility Evaluation of coalenterprises in our province, and provide some measures for improving the evaluation of social responsibility of the coal enterprises in our province, the investors a more comprehensiveunderstanding of the capacity of sustainable development of coal enterprises in our province.
