Abstract


How to solve the problem of fund management in the group corporation is a greatconcern on the business community, because financial management issue in the group hasbeen perplexing internal management all the time and fund management is the core offinancial management. In this paper, the theory relating to fund management group is madea systematic exposition. By studying the theories and models of fund management andcombining the development of the electric vehicle operation industry with the status ofcapital management in the PTX group, following the principles of capitalmanagement--concentration, coordination, flexibility, efficiency and risk-controlling,onthe basis of existing fund management mode,this paper provides reasonable suggestionsfor the improvement of company that may occur in the future, making the future capitalmanagement model conform to the need of the group companies better.How to select fund management model should be determined in the light of industrycharacteristics, business characteristics and the stage of development of enterprises, insteadof blindly copy and refer. As an electric vehicle operations group, the subsidiaries chargingfor electric car service have been affected by the difference of regional distribution andother environmental factors, so the profitability is also different. In order to improve capitalefficiency across the group and mutually complement for adequate and inadequate fund,we need four steps to build capital management framework to assemble scattered fundsinto the whole, to control over expenditure, to achieve economies of scale, to improvecapital efficiency and to allocate corporate resources rationally. At the same time, the paperoffers three proposals to improve fund management: opening up multiple profitabilitychannels to increase profits, creating various capital sources to decrease the cost, andestablishing risk-control system to reduce financial risk. This study gives a more realisticprediction scheme for fund management in the PTX group.This paper is in progress according to the research thinking of asking questions,analyzing questions and solving questions and applies theory to practice. Researchapproaches of literature survey, investigation, case analysis have also been used in thispaper to analyze fund management model in the PTX group. Also the company’s situationwill be comprehended through data collection, and other methods of communication withsubsidiaries. Drawing lessons from the various theories and practical experience of capitalmanagement and according to the PTX group’s capital management instance the paper willsum up capital management model suitable for electric vehicles operate groups. I hope this paper can offer the references for other electric vehicles groups in the terms of selectingcapital management mode and improving capital management.
