Abstract


ABSTRACT:In recent years, with the proposition of "building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society", our country gradually taken serious about the remanufacturing of construction machinery products. Inventory control is one of the important research contents in remanufacturing system. The inventory control of cars remanufacturing system has been studied by different researchers by different ways, but a few researchers pay attention to the inventory control of construction machinery remanufacturing system. Construction machinery remanufacturing related to the inventory of recovery products, remanufacturing products, re-assemble products and so on. The quantity and quality of recovery products is uncertain. All these make it necessary to do further research on the inventory of remanufacturing system. Therefore this article will study the remanufacturing system of hydraulic excavators and its inventory control.This article study the remanufacturing process and remanufacturing inventory system of hydraulic system firstly, and then base on these studies, we build two different inventory control models. The difference between these two models and other researchers’ models is that these models assumes that the recovery of hydraulic system and demands of remanufacturing hydraulic are random and Poisson distribute, the lead time of remanufacturing and new components’ procurement is zero, there including new components’procurement for once and remanufacturing for R times in a cycle storage time. At last, establishing expanded EOQ model which includes new components’ procurement costs, supplies inventory costs, inventory costs of retired hydraulic system, components’ remanufacturing costs, disposing costs. By using the Hessian matrix theory find out optimal order quantities of new components and optimal remanufacturing quantities.This research is a combination of the characteristics of remanufacturing system of hydraulic system, so it is not only a further exploration and research for inventory control of construction machinery’s remanufacturing system, but also provides an inventory control decision-making for the relevant enterprises.
