Abstract


Dividend policy is the core of the company’s profit distribution, but also a logicalcontinuation of corporate financing, investment decision.It is not only related tothe shareholder, the creditor’s interests, but also related to the future development of thecompany. A reasonable dividend distribution policy is very important to develop the listingCorporation. Dividend distribution is essentially a result of the game between the differentinterest subjects of the company, while the ownership structure determines the distribution ofcorporate control rights, which is in the basic position in the process of corporategovernance, and have a direct impact on the distribution of benefits within the company, so it isnecessary to the ownership structure and dividend policy to combine research.In China, a industry difference is very obvious in the capital markets, research onthe dividend distribution policy should not only focus on the study of the overall,but also shouldpay more attention to the industry study, otherwise they will shield industrial specificityof company dividend policy. Through the research of the dividend policy can be foundbefore, has certain characteristics of the industry, the factors influencing the dividend policy isdifferent in different industries. In this paper, the home appliance industry as research sample,of China’s listing Corporation ownership structure and dividend policy research, the reason whychose the profession is that home appliance industry is developing rapidly, more and moreimportant in the national economy.Therefore, on the basis of the related content and theoretical introduction of dividenddistribution policy, the status quo of China’s household electrical appliance industry listingCorporation ownership structure and dividend policy are analyzed, and the influence of internaland external factors of household electrical appliance industry listing Corporation and ownershipstructure factors were discussed, and the empirical research by constructing abinary Logit regression and the Tobit regression model of dividend distribution policy on thehousehold appliances industry listing Corporation. Finally, on the one hand, the hope canprovide certain reference for the home appliance industry Listing Corporation reasonabledividend distribution policy, promote rational distribution of listing Corporation to protectinvestors’ interests, so as to establish a good corporate image; on the other hand, can enable thecompany to investors in the home appliance industry listing Corporation’s financial position andoperating results have further understanding, promote the rational investment.
