Abstract


With the rapid development of world economy, traditional financial management cannot meet the needs of the development of modern enterprises, financial strategy is the overall decision of enterprise financial activities, is to improve financial management strategy, financial strategy with the implementation of the company’s overall strategy, can effectively achieve the strategic objectives of enterprises.This paper integrates theory with practice as the guiding ideology, first we discuss the definition and characteristics of strategic financial management, and then based on the present situation of S group company’s financial strategy the current analysis, using "Five Forces Model","SWOT" model to analyze the S group’s financial strategic environment, to understand the advantages and disadvantages of enterprise and opportunity threat find out the key factors affecting the implementation, the enterprise’s financial strategy, and through the "optimal choice of financial strategy for S group QSPM" matrix,the overall goal of making financial strategy with the overall strategic goals of the enterprise, and then the specific formulation of investment and financing and distribution strategy, the implementation of financial strategy and evaluation.
