Along with the development of Tianjin Lishen Battery Joint-Stock Co., Ltd. andexpansion of Cylindrical Pack, the market has more strict requirement for the company on therapid response capability, product quality and cost control, however, the business ofCylindrical Pack of Lishen Company has many disadvantages, such as: lagging managementmethods, the unsteadiness of product quality, the poor cost control that seriously affect themarket competitiveness of Cylindrical Pack.
