With the rapid development of economic globalization and market, consumershave a high penalized need; apparel enterprises are facing more competition. Thecompetition has transferred from enterprises to enterprise supply chain. Therefore,apparel enterprises need more cooperation and information share to improve supplychain efficiency to satisfy with market demand in the shortest time. While, at present,apparel enterprise supply chain process exist information no-share, poor efficiency.Meanwhile, RFID technology is gradually applied to the apparel industry supplychain management. RFID can not only bring information share, quick response, butalso improve supply chain accuracy and save some personnel cost. All of them canoptimize supply chain management system.Firstly, this article based on the apparel supply chain management researchsituation, RFID technology application and SCM civil&foreign research situation,summary the research situation and put forward to article research necessary.Combined relevant theory, and for instance of implementing RFID technology BSapparel enterprise, building the RFID application model for BS enterprise apparelSCM.Secondly, this article has a quantization analysis on RFID and Non-RFIDapplication in apparel enterprise by SD. According to the typical supply chainstructure, building RFID and Non-RFID apparel enterprise SCM SD model.At last, combined with building SD model, this paper builds corresponding SDmodel for BS. Meanwhile, according to BS RFID project implement result, give acomparison analysis on RFID and Non-RFID application in apparel enterprise.According to SD simulation result, put forward that RFID can reduce the bullwhipeffect and improve quick response by information share and high efficiency.
