Industrial tourism, the combination of industrial enterprises and traveling,is anew way of tourism at a certain stage of social development. It makes tourists stepinto factories or enterprises and have a good understand of the producing process oftourist activities. With the continuous development of tourism, industrial tourism, as a"sunrise industry", has received widespread attention from the whole world, and it hasdeveloped to a dynamic "growth point" rapidly and gradually. In recent years, China’sindustrial tourism is quietly emerging, in2001the national tourism administrationannounced the first100industrial tourism, marking China’s industrial tourism hasentered into a new stage.As China’s important production base of heavy industry, Shenyang, known as the"Oriental Ruhr", has a strong industrial base and advanced manufacturing industry,which creates great conditions to develop industrial tourism. As a typical form ofShenyang industry development and the representative of Chinese dairy industrysafety, high quality brand, Liaoning Huishan Dairy Industry (group) co., LTD. has asolid industrial foundation and good corporate reputation, which contributes todevelop industrial tourism projects. This article is based on Liaoning Huishan DairyIndustry (group) co., LTD., taking the company as a research object, using themethods of literature collection and collation, comparison and case study to do theresearch. Firstly, this paper introduces the industrial tourism and its characteristics, theindustrial heritage and industrial sightseeing tourism and its research contents, anduses Leon tome (BMP) analysis theory find out the tourism planning theory systemwhich not only conform to the general market demand, but also fully reflect thecharacteristics of the resources. Secondly, the article expounds the developmentsituation and the pattern of the industrial tourism in some foreign old industrialcountries like Britain, Germany, France, the United States, and analyzes thedevelopment features and patterns of the industrial tourism in Bohai sea tourist area,the eastern coastal tourist area, industrial tourist area in the middle reaches of theYellow River, which are the three major areas of industrial tourism，then summarizesthe successful experience of industrial tourism at home and abroad and its experiencesto Liaoning Huishan Dairy (group) co., LTD. Thirdly, analyzes industrial tourism resources of Huishan Dairy, introduces its basic situation, evaluates its the touristresources. By studying how to combine Industrial tourism with industrial business,and promote enterprise development in turn, the article analyzes the internal andexternal opportunities and challenges that the company is facing, and formulate routesand ways to improve its industrial tourism.Finally, from the angle of the basicprinciples, product design and policy measures of industrial tourism development ofHuishan Dairy, the article puts forward some constructive proposals to developindustrial tourism, and provides development advice and planning scheme for theindustrial tourism of Huishan Dairy, hoping to provide reasonable reference for thedevelopment of the enterprise.
