Chinese clothing enterprises occupy an important position in the national economy andinternational market. However,the development of the Chinese clothing enterprises is introuble,on the one hand, the Chinese clothing enterprises have always been on the low endof the value chain, with the limites of profit space;on the other hand,as result of problems oflabor cost,Chinese clothing enterprises are suffering from other southeast Asia, south Asiacountries. In this situation, Many of chinese clothing enterprises are on the brink ofbankruptcy, or being in trouble.Yet, there are still some excellent enterprises withoutstanding business model run-off,and have made some achievements.This paper start the research of business model from the trouble that Chinese clothingenterprises are encounterring. On the basis of the characteristics,the applicable condition,the choice method and the choice criteria of business model, this article will take Chineseclothing enterprises’ business model divide into three types: value chain extending, valuechain splitting, activities of value chain innovating.On this basis,This paper collects datas of representative clothing enterprises with theuse of investigate and survey.and make the data analysis and calculation with the use ofAHP, FUZZ and EXCEL software, and point to the direction of Chinese clothing enterprisein business model.Then,this paper come to a conclusion: different business models canmake clothing enterprises’ success, but different business model will be changing with thetimes change, getting different show performance; Focusing on a business model, or twobusiness model, is the key optimum of Chinese clothing enterprises.
