Abstract


Apparel industry is a traditional industry in our country, and it has developed rapidly inrecent years, but in face of the changeable market demand, the issues of high inventory andlow customer satisfaction rate are still remaining. This paper describes that the answer to thisproblem lies in close collaboration between enterprises and organizing a competitive apparelsupply chain to enhance its agility to the market. Production planning and control is one of themain contents of business management, MRP/MRP Ⅱ/ERP, JIT, OPT/TOC and othercurrent production planning and control methods are based on the material needs of individualenterprises and lack the cooperation and coordination with suppliers and distributors. Newmarket environment requires a new production management ideas and methods, and this newsystem can deliver downstrem customers’ demend accurately and effectively, rapidly responseand meet their demend, reduce production cycle time and low production cost. Supply chainand supply chain management are formed under the background of the market environmentchanging and science technology developing unceasingly, and its theory originates from theproduction practice.The basic idea of supply chain management is an integrated managementusing systematic method to make the entire supply chain tend to coordinate to avoid or reducedelays and wastage between various links as far as possible within the supply chain. It hassome theoretical and practical significance for the improvement of garment enterprises in thenew market environment to study the production planning and control of the apparel supplychain.Firstly, it compares and analysis the applications background of several modernproduction management in the enterprises, and then taking the characteristics of the garmentindustry into account it explains that supply chain management is a production managementmethod that can meet the market demand from the perspective of supply chain management.Secondly, it analysis the significance of the clothing company collaborating with upstreamsuppliers and downstream distributors from the perspective of game theory and establish asupply chain cooperative game model composed of suppliers, manufacturers and distributors,and uses Shapley value to distribute interests in all participants to explain the rationality of co-distribution, and the following production control and optimization of the supply chain isbased on this section. Thirdly, it summarizes the new characteristics of the supply chainproduction model through the review of relevant literatures, and then establishes a synergicproduction implementation framework based on the concept of synergic production anddiscusses the decision-making process of the order, plan decomposition and task allocationmethods, coordination and control strategies and information sharing mechanism. Finally,considering the significance of studying apparel supply chain production system is to achievetimely response to the market demand, and to minimize the total cost of supply chain systems,it sets up a supply chain optimization model to reduce total supply chain costs and reducecycle time which means to minimize the time and the cost of production and transportation,and with the allow of all plants processing capacity to make reasonable production plan foreach member according to the customer orders during the supply chain planning period tobalance and optimize the total supply chain costs and supply chain activity time. At last, itgives an example to explain the feasiblity of the mode.
