Abstract
Human resource management focused on stratigic is crucial to enterprise’s healthydevelopment, while performance management occupies an important role in humanresources management. The author working as the vice president of one survey and designcompany analyzed many issues faced in performance management aspects and identifyiedthat problems lies in the design system of key performance indicator; so he started toresearch and break strategic objectives of the enterprise down to each department andemployee and ultimately developed a new corporate key performance indicator system.It combined theoretical analysis and empirical analysis methods to explore new keyperformance indicator which can adapt to enterprise’s current strategic goals and used keyperformance indicators as strategic performance management tools referring to theBalanced Scorecard management theories.It decompose the company strategic grauduallyto the departments and posts, mobilize the enthusiasm of employees, improve workefficiency, and tap the potential of human resources so as to maximize enterorise’s value.The main results are: It has designed one suitable key point of index system in way ofdisintegrating gradually for Z company’s cotemporary strategic objectives; has takenmeasureable or behavioral evaluation standard to make the follow-up examination andcomputation accurate, objective and fair; has put forward a performance communicationand management system that whole staff participated in. Finally a good and healthyperformance culture was set up.Through research and exploration, It verifies that the performance management bykey point of index can effectively focus employee’s work on corporate strategy andproduce a high performance, so as to realize the benign development of enterprise.
