Abstract


Productivity promotion center is a non-profit service entity of science and technology.The main service object is medium-sized enterprises and township enterprises, providetechnical support to small and medium-sized enterprises. The development of the Hebeiprovince productivity promotion center in the initial stage, its service capacity can notmatch the increasing service requirements.In order to development the productivity promotion center of hebei province, thispaper to study the development strategy of Productivity promotion center. Based on thedevelopment of the productivity promotion center and science and technologyintermediary agencies at home and abroad, from the development capacity, humanresources, service effectiveness, using the grey comprehensive evaluation to analysisHebei province productivity promotion center’s annual report data, ranking of thecompetitiveness of the provincial capital productivity promotion center. And using thecluster analysis to classification the provincial capital productivity promotion centeraccording to the current situation, found the common advantages and disadvantages of theprovincial capital productivity promotion center. And investigation the Productivitypromotion center of the capital, study the capital of the current situation and existingproblems of the productivity promotion center. Combined with the analysis of the data andthe analysis of research results, ultimately determine the development strategy of capitalproductivity promotion center.Through the study of this article, provided the information for the development of theproductivity promotion center of the provincial capital. Solve the problems existing in thedevelopment of productivity promotion center, this study can provide meaningful to thedevelopment of similar productivity promotion center of reference.
