Employees are a strategic resource to obtain sustainable development for company,Work performance for the achievement of business objectives is playing an increasinglyimportant role. Employees-Organization Fit is to improve employee performance, animportant way to promote corporate performance,received extensive attention in recentyears. Investigate employees-Organization Fit of factors, can provide a new ideas andmethods for improving employee job performance.Organizational commitment is to connect employees with the organization of therelationship between a bond that can profoundly affect their work performance andwork attitude.The relationship between organizational commitment and employee–organization is an important factors, affecting employee-organization matching, canhelp us better predict job performance level, strengthening of human resourcesmanagement, for the enterprise provides a theoretical basis and guidance,with great thetheoretical value and practical significance.Therefore, how to improve staff through organizational identity, emotionalcommitment, loyalty and other factors of organizational commitment, to furtherimprove employees-matching degree of organization,thus improving employeeperformance, promoting enterprise performance, is becoming a hot topic in researchfields match.Article uses matching on Employees-Organization Fit of professional theory,Using literature analysis and survey methods. In science and technology enterprises forexample HW, build on organizational commitment affect employee organization-matching model and put forward relevant theoretical assumptions.In this paper, combining with the knowledge of SPSS software, through thestructure and the convergent validity of the inspection, confirm the survey data forfactor analysis. Through factor analysis, in31options variables extracted three publicfactor as organizational commitment related factors, namely, organizationalcommitment, affective commitment, loyalty, in order to achieve the effect of reducingdimension. Through correlation analysis and regression analysis to verify hypothesis,that is, organizational commitment, affective commitment, loyalty and so on relatedfactors of organizational commitment positively influence employee-organization match; Employee-organization matching positive influence on job performance;Organizational commitment factors associated with positive influence on jobperformance.According to the above research conclusion, this paper tries to improve HWcompany employee-organization compatibility, improve working performance of thecompany level and staff level Suggestions respectively, such as the company level,managers should pay attention to in practice and is good at using the staff organizationalcommitment and employees’ affective commitment, mutual promotion betweenemployee loyalty and job performance, improve employees-organization matchingdegree and so on.This value is passed to explore the staff-Organization Fit factors in order to seekto improve the organization and management, effective way to improve businessperformance. At the same time, but also for the same type of companies provide auseful reference reference.Finally, the limitations of this study and prospects are described.
