Entrepreneurs, as the managers of the enterprises, should have" moral blood "in theirbody. Although the social give many moral requirements to entrepreneurs’ behavior, therealities shows that some business operators still insist on the principle that "money" iseverything, sacrificing their moral character to pursue the maximum of economic benefits,which make enterprises sleep into an abyss of "lost morality". In the contradictions ofenterprise and the environments (including internal environments and externalenvironments), there are not only traditional economic problems, but also mixed with a lotof ethical issues, therefore, just rely on the legal system, Legal norm and supervision bypublic opinion is not enough, we must have a complementary mechanism of moraladjustment.Strengthening moral practice of entrepreneurs, improve the level ofentrepreneurs’ moral concern is beneficial to adjustment of enterprises and theirstakeholders’ disputes, and to realize harmonious coexistence between enterprises andstakeholders, to promote welfare of the whole social.Entrepreneurs’ moral concern is a kind of care from entrepreneurs to eachstakeholder proceed from ethical goodwill, instead of considerations of economic benefits,with the characteristics of self-consciousness, dominant, practicality, demonstrative.Entrepreneurs’ moral concern is the expression of entrepreneurs’ personal quality, therepresentation of the nature of enterprises, the requirement of the building of aharmonious society, it has an important practical significance. Improvement of theentrepreneurs’ moral concern will help to the development of entrepreneurs’ personalqulity, will good for enterprise’s sustainable development, also help for the constructionof a harmonious society. In reality, although there are many excellent performance inentrepreneurs’ moral concern, because of the impact of the social moral environment,entrepreneurs’ personal values, enterprises’ culture atmosphere, stakeholders’ reflects,there are many shortages in some entrepreneurs’ moral concern:the low level of valuepursuit, the weak consciousness of business ethics, the shortage of humanistic care, theweak sense of social responsibility. This paper will preliminarily discuss how to improveentrepreneurs’ moral concern from these four aspects: improving entrepreneurs’ ethicalqulity, constructing excellent moral cultures of enterprises, implementing ethicalmanagement of enterprise, cultivating actively external moral environment.
