Abstract


The modern enterprise which advocates "people-oriented" and "sustainable development" pays a lot of attention to job satisfaction and enterprise ethics. It is very important to research the job satisfaction and enterprise ethics to the development of management theory and management efficiency of enterprise. Through the questionnaire of job satisfaction and enterprise ethics finished by enterprise staffs, this dissertation analyzes the staff basic statistical variables influence on job satisfaction, and enterprise basic statistics variables on enterprise ethics level. At the same time, the dissertation sets the analysis of relationship between the job satisfaction and the level of enterprise ethics as target problems, and puts forward targeted suggestions after the empirical conclusion finally.Thesis on the basic of previous studies and statistical analysis of the questionnaire survey data, this dissertation draws the following empirical study conclusions:the job satisfaction can be divided into enterprise image satisfaction, leadership satisfaction, job reward satisfaction, he work relationship satisfaction, the work itself satisfaction; the enterprise ethics level can be divided into the ethical position of senior leaders, the emphasis to employee moral. the enterprise ethical atmosphere.the level of job satisfaction and enterprise ethics is general. Through variance analysis, we prove the basic variables of different employees have significant difference in job satisfaction, and the enterprise basic variables have significant influence on enterprise ethics. On the analysis of relationship between job satisfaction and the enterprise ethics, we find that the five job satisfaction dimensions effect the overall satisfaction level directly, in the enterprise ethics three dimensions, the ethical position of senior and the emphasis to employee moral have direct influence on the job satisfaction variables, as the intermediate variable, the enterprise ethical atmosphere influence the job satisfaction variables intermediately through the ethical position of senior and the emphasis to employee moral.Finally, this dissertation puts forward some suggestions:the enterprise want to improve employee job satisfaction, should strive to improve the level of enterprise ethics; enterprises should distinguish primary and secondary when improve the level of enterprise ethics; use soft and hard two kinds of means to build advanced corporate ethics culture; establish ethical culture strategy according to the characteristics of enterprise and employees, to realize the both improvement of employees, enterprise and society.
