Objective detection and analysis of peripheral blood of breast cancer patients the cytokeratin ( cytokeratin19 , CK19 ) and lactoglobulin ( human mammaglobin of hMAM ) mRNA expression and its relationship with clinicopathological parameters and as a judge of breast cancer prognosis , monitoring the feasibility of relapse indicators . Methods fluorescence quantitative PCR (Fluorescence Quantification-Polymerase Chain Reaction, FQ-PCR) of 40 patients with breast cancer and 10 healthy volunteers Using CK19 and hMAM mRNA expression were determined . The differences between the groups were statistically analyzed using X2 test ; the expression correlation CK19 in patients with breast cancer and hMAM analyzed using Kappa test . Results of breast cancer patients the CK19 and hMAM positive rate , respectively, 52.5 % (21 /40) and 55% ( 22/40) , were significantly higher than the control group ( CK19 positive for 1 / 10 , were negative of hMAM ) ( P lt ; 0.05 ) . Breast cancer patients the CK19 and hMAM positive expression has significant correlation ( Kappa value = 0.849 , P = 0.000 ) . CK19 expression and tumor size, lymph node metastasis and progesterone receptor ( progesterone receptor , PR ) were correlated ( P LT ; 0.05 ) , and estrogen receptor ( Estrogen receptors , ER ) , human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 ( Human epidermal growth factor receptor-2, HER-2) has nothing to do ; hMAM positive correlated with tumor size , lymph node metastasis , ER , HER - 2 ( P lt ; 0.05 ) has nothing to do with PR . Conclusion Breast Cancer Using CK19 and hMAM expression was significantly higher than the normal population , and significantly associated with clinicopathological parameters and prognosis of breast cancer : tumor size , lymph node metastasis and receptor status has a certain relevance , so the index as a prognostic monitoring recurrence parameters is feasible .
