Abstract


The method for establishing and encouraging ERP project team of research is thatwhat kind of method for establishing and encouraging ERP project team is effective,and how to use the method in party A for good application effect. Up to now, party A isin urgent need of a kind of effective method for establishing and encouraging ERPproject team, the results of researching on method for establishing and encouraging ERPproject team are very limited. In order to directing establishing and encouraging ERPproject team effectively in party A and improving the success rate of ERP projects, suchresearches are meaningful.Firstly, based on extensive correlate literature data, the paper analyzes thecharacteristics of ERP project teams. Secondly, it concludes existing methods forestablishing project team with classification and feasibility analysis of on view of ERPproject team from three aspects, the core elements of the project team, the steps ofestablishing project team and whether the method is universal or not. it concludesexisting methods for encouraging project team with classification and feasibilityanalysis of on view of ERP project team from three aspects, the core elements of theproject team, whether the method phase or not and whether the method is universal ornot. Then, based on analysis of the first two steps, it proposes a new method for six-stepestablishing ERP project team. The new method for six-step establishing ERP projectteam is a kind of method for establishing ERP project team with six steps in party A,and it belongs to a type of target special method with many steps. It proposes a newmethod for five-phase encouraging ERP project team. The new method for five-phaseencouraging ERP project team is a kind of method for encouraging ERP project teamwith five phases in party A, and it belongs to a type of target special method with manyphases. Then, it has detailed analysis of the whole application process of them with acase of special vehicle enterprise. With practical application, the question ofestablishing ERP project team is solved favorably by the new method for six-stepestablishing ERP project team, the question of encouraging ERP project team is solvedfavorably by the new method for five-phase encouraging ERP project team. Finally, toprove the application effect, it test and verify with questionnaire and method comparison. The results of questionnaire and method comparison prove that theapplication effect of the new method for six-step establishing and five-phaseencouraging ERP project team is good.Research results indicate the new method for six-step establishing ERP projectteam is a kind of effective method, and so is the new method for five-phase encouragingERP project team.
