Abstract


Business strategy is a long-term approach to implementing a company’s business plans to achieve its business objectives; it is a key factor to determine company’s business activities success or failure. An inspired and clearly considered strategy provides the impetus for the company’s success, whereas a weak or misunderstood strategy may lead to a company going out of business.For the domestic die-casting related industry, there are plenty of manufactures. But in general their strength is not strong, and the market these days is tougher than ever, the competition is fierce. That is why it is so essential to make the company as competitive as possible on the market. Therefore, a clear and practical strategy is very critical to a die-casting company。Based on the actual company profile and management status of SHDY company, this article applies relative economy and management knowledge, analyzes the external environment, the die-casting industry environment and the competition environment of SHDY company; And through using the SWOT analysis model, analysis the strategy position of SHDY company, match analysis the potential company strategy, make strategy decision according to the enterprise resources. Finally this article also brought some suggestions and methods which ensure the implement of enterprise development strategy. Hope The research of the article is expected to exert referential influence on the choice of strategies for Chinese die-casting enterprises.
