Abstract


Entrepreneurship is the power and source to the enterprisesustainable. Business performance is the most important measure of enterprise ingeneral standard. Facing the rapid changes of environment， for the enterprise， howto play entrepreneurial spirit， how to sustainable development， had token widelyattention in academic and business.This paper illustrated the relationship between the spirit of entrepreneurship，entrepreneurial opportunities and the business performance.Using innovation， riskand credibility express the entrepreneur spirit. Using profitability and feasibilityexpress the entrepreneurial opportunities. Using survival performance and growthperformance express the business performance. Then， this paper constructs theconceptual model.Taking218domestic enterprises for sample， carried on thequestionnaire investigation. In order to make sure the data validity and feasibility，this paper took analysis of reliability and validity using SPSS19.0software. Then， itchecked the model using Amos17.0software. It is concluded some meaningfulconclusions：（1）Innovation not only directly affect survival performance （0.756），growth performance （0.709）， but also through the profitability indirect influencesurvival performance （0.031） and growth performance （0.013）;（2） Credibilitynot only directly affect survival performance （2.239）， growth performance（1.969）， but also through the profitability indirect influence survival performance（0.468） and growth performance （0.034）;（3） Risk directly influence thefeasibility（0.687），thus indirectly affect survival performance（0.256）and growthperformance （0.147）（;4）In the total impact between the variables， of the betweenview， credibility has the biggest influence to survive performance and growthperformance， and the path coefficient was2.707and2.003. In other words， in oursituation， credibility is the key factor to enterprise performance.This paper taking opportunities as intermediate variable， researched therelationship between entrepreneur spirit and business performance.This paper will beenrich the theory of entrepreneurship and helpful for guiding our country enterprisescientific development.
