Therefore, effort toestablish and implement a scientific, standardized, fair and reasonable compensationsystem become a key element and important means to attract and retain talent.Firstly,This article analysis, diagnose and research current compensation systemsystematically referring to the methods of literature research, data research, interview,questionnaire survey and Symposium;Secondly, applied the IPE position evaluationsystem for evaluating YNP company position and assessed the position level according tothe contribution to the organization,which will be a the criterion of compensation design;also combined the internal and external salary condition to redesign the compensationlevel with different level people to make sure the compensation level is competitiveexternally after optimization; Finally, Based on3P model and combined compensationstrategy matrix analysis to complete the compensation optimization design and buildcompetitive compensation system with major contains basic salary. position payment.Performance bonus and benefits.This article is based on the human resource management actual status of thecompany where the students working at, combined with MBA courses within theory ofknowledge and forward-looking ideas and methods, make in-depth analysis anddiagnostics at existing salary management system in YNP company to find the problemsand shortcomings and search the physical and psychological needs and countermeasuresof employees, Re-build "internal fair and external competitive compensationoptimization program with purpose of providing reliable protection of human resourcesfor the sustainable development of enterprises.
