Abstract


In the fast-consuming age, the supply chain has higher requirements to content theupdating and supplying. The business tradition of high-trust and light-benefit has beenreplaced by quick success and instant benefits, which results in the higher supply chainrisk. Thus the trust in the supply chain is indispensable and important to analyze theinfluence to the disruption risks. It is important for the development of the enterprises aswell as the root of the benefits to keep the trust and cooperative relationship among thebusiness enterprises.In the theory research, the relationship and difference among the supply chain,supply chain risk and supply chain disruption as well as the management method havebeen studied at first. The supply chain risk management is included in the supply chainmanagement, which also contain the supply chain disruption management. Transitivityand uncertainty are important characteristics of disruption risk, which will result inserious influences to the whole supply chain. Then the important position of the trust inthe supply chain development is highlighted by analyzing the trust mechanism,high-level trust would create the good reputation, firmly cooperation relationship andpotential development opportunities.Combined the theory research and the empirical analysis,the influence of thesupply chain disruption risks is studied with the trust as an important factor and thecooperation behaviors as the intermediate factors.Firstly, the trust is divided intocapability trust and emotion trust, which would be the evaluating indicators for theenterprises choosing cooperators. Secondly, the enterprises’ cooperation is divided intoco-determination, information share and benefits/risk share by analyzing therelationship with the trust. At last, the influence between the supply chain disruptionrisk management and three cooperation methods are proved with the assumption model.The ideals are put forward that the ability trust and emotion trust have the positivecorrelation with the cooperation among the enterprises in the supply chain, which aresupposed by the questionnaire. The model is validated by SPSS19.0and AMOS17.0.Finally, the paper summarizes the research and discusses the follow-up points.
