Abstract


After joining the WTO, China’s PPE(personal protective equipment) industry is facing both challenges and opportunities, challenges of new ideas, new technologies and new products on the Chinese PPE industry. WTS is an enterprise that produce the welding PPE, China branch was founded in Shenzhen in2002, began to expand the domestic market. The development for WTS company in the Chinese market is good, but WTS company’s product market positioning is not clear enough, and also it is still not consistent with the taking full advantage of the marketing strategy of the brand value, so the research for WTS company’s marketing strategy optimization problems, will provide a reference to a certain extend for the same industry of small and medium-sized enterprises how to seek for the effective marketing strategy, to establish their own brand value, to avoid blindly vicious competition in the market.Through analyzing the summary of the related marketing theory, WTS company marketing present situation in China, including the WTS company faced the macro environment, market capacity, competition situation and so on, analyzed the WTS China marketing problems and reasons existing in the company. Through comprehensive analysis, I think the WTS company should adopt flexible marketing mix strategy and channel strategy optimization, to achieve the goal of improving market share. I also provide the creative suggestion of the conditions and safeguard measures for WTS company implement the company marketing strategy optimization.
